BigBooster Foundation

Created in 2015 with the support of the Métropole de Lyon and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, BigBooster is an international non-profit program to accelerate innovative start-ups.

Start-ups eligible for the program are active in the fields of health ("Bio & Health"), digital technology ("Informative Tech") and development ("Global Impact"). They come from Europe, Africa, North and South America and Asia.

With the support of its public and private partners, BigBooster enables start-ups to export and grow in maturity thanks to personalized support and opportunities for in-depth discussions within the best innovation ecosystems in the world.

In June 2019, BigBooster became a hosted foundation of the Foundation for the Université de Lyon, now called the Innovation and Transitions Foundation. Its first founding members are the Métropole de Lyon, PULSALYS, Saint-Étienne Métropole, H7 and the consulting firm Laurent et Charras.
